OUR SEASON PREMIERE: Volver, Volver, Volver

Mark your calendars. Our first staged reading of the season is on November 1st, 7pm at Rainier Valley Cultural Center (corner of Rainier and Alaska in Columbia City) – 3515 South Alaska Street, Seattle.

In honor of Día De Los Muertos we will be presenting “Volver Volver Volver”

Madrid is a three time winner of the Kennedy Center Latino Playwright Award.
Play’s Synopsis:
Junie Holguine returns home to Portales, New Mexico and to the three most important people in his life: his mother, his wife, and his daughter. Each step leads him to figure out his life a little more. Each step helps him to reconcile his past. Not a bad day’s work for a dead guy.
“Volver, Volver, Volver” explores one man’s regret and what one might return to when family magic can make anything possible.

Actors include local television and stage talent Erwin Galan, Rose Cano, Meg Savlov and Blum, himself.

Come and support eSe Teatro, a theater collective of 11 professional artists dedicated to presenting bilingual, Spanish and Spanglish-speaking theatre.
